Delivery time

Our furniture being made in the vast majority of cases by hand, a more or less important delay will be to consider to benefit from a high-end furniture.

It takes about 8 months for handmade furniture in Italy.

We have in stock a very large quantity of products and therefore you can surely benefit from a faster time.

Delivery charges

For the moment we only deliver Montreal and its belt but a special rate can be provided at the application.

• Zone 1: $149* example: Montréal, Laval, Anjou,
• Zone 2: $199* example: Mirabel, Blainville, Châteauguay, Sainte Julie,
• Zone 3: $299* example: Saint-Hyacinthe, Saint-Jérome, Riguad, Valleyflied, 
• Zone 4: $399* example: Saint-Sauveur, Ottawa, Granby, Québec, Gatineau.

Cancellations

For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. For special order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

Customers outside delivery areas

As a client located outside of our designated service area, please be aware that this purchase is considered an out of zone purchase. I hereby acknowledge and accept that I will be responsible for finding and dispatching a transport company to collect my purchases from Casavogue's warehouse. Additionally, please note that products purchased and collected in this manner will be sold without warranty, and no claims for damages, defects, or issues can be made.

By proceeding with this out of zone purchase, I understand and accept that these terms are non-negotiable. As the responsibility for organizing transport and ensuring safe delivery falls on me as the client, Casavogue cannot be held liable for any damages or issues that may occur after the pickup of the transport company.
