COMPLETE RULES OF THE STRØM SPA EXPERIENCE COMPETITION

Article 1. ORGANIZATION OF THE CONTEST

The "Strom Spa Experience" contest (hereinafter referred to as "the contest") is organized by Casa Vogue, a furniture company domiciled at 8260 Boulevard Saint-Michel, H1Z 3E2, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Article 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1 Participation in the contest is free and open to all Quebec residents, 18 years of age or older, with the exception of Casa Vogue employees and their immediate families.

2.2 Participation in the contest implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules. 

2.3 Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these rules will invalidate the Participant's participation.

Article 3. GAME DATES

The game begins on January 19, 2024 at noon and ends on February 14, 2024 at noon. The draw will take place on February 14, 2024.

Article 4. HOW TO ENTER

To participate on Instagram:

  • Follow us on @casavoguemtl
  •  Like the game publication on our Instagram account @casavoguemtl.
  • Identify your +1 in the comments.
  • For an extra chance, share this publication in story by identifying us.

To enter in-store:

  • Fill out an entry form with your last name, first name, email and phone number when you visit our store.
  • One entry per person, whether online or in-store.

Article 5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will be drawn at random from among the participants on Instagram. He/she will receive two (2) tickets for the Strom spa of his/her choice.

One (1) winner will be drawn at random from among participants in our store. They will receive two (2) tickets to the Strom spa of their choice.

Only one prize per person will be awarded.

Article 6. DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

Casa Vogue will draw the winners from among all those who have registered. The draw will be carried out at random on February 14, 2024, at 2:00 pm, by Francesca Territo.

Article 7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The winner will be notified solely by private message on Instagram for the online winner and by phone or email for the in-store winner. They will have 30 days to claim their prize.

Article 8. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

By participating in the game, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Casa Vogue for the purposes of managing the game. The data collected will not be shared with third parties.

Article 9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules. Casa Vogue reserves the right to cancel or modify the game in the event of force majeure.

Article 10. LIABILITY

10.1 Casa Vogue shall not be held liable for the inability to contact each winner. Nor shall it be held liable for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by persons participating in the competition.

10.2 Casa Vogue reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring any liability.

Article 11. APPLICABLE LAW

This game is subject to Quebec law.
