Refund policy

At Casavogue, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, if it is defective or damaged, we will gladly resolve the situation.

Please contact our customer service: service@casavogue.ca within three business days of receiving your order so that we can assist you effectively. Please note that photos of the product may be requested.

A return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
• In its original state, unused, unmodified and unwashed;
• Including all original labels and packaging.

No return or exchange is possible on items removed from their packaging or accepted as is, during installation by our experts or during picking. Returns and exchanges do not apply to custom-made items, items labeled “final sale”, as well as mattresses, duvets, bedding, pillows and cushions.
Casavogue reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in accordance with our policy.
