Referral program

  • Referred Client:

    The referred client and the referrer cannot be the same person.

  • Referral Rewards:

    In order for you to earn rewards as a referrer, the referred customer must place a minimum order of 1,000$.

  • Reward Payments:

    Rewards of 100 $ are payable as a deductible discount on purchase within 30 days. As a referrer, you are responsible for any tax liability resulting from referral rewards.

  • Eligibility:

    Reward is only applicable on undelivered orders.

  • Right to Prevent Participation:

    Casavogue reserves the right to prevent any referrer and/or referred customer from participating and to require appropriate payment if the referrer and/or referred customer attempts to use the Casavogue Referral Program in a questionable manner or violates its terms and conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or government regulation.

  • Right to cancel the program or change the terms:

    Casavogue reserves the right to cancel the referral program or modify these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. All unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

    Customer receiving the 150$ discount must have signed up for the Casavogue newsletter.

  • Reward:

    The 150$ discount is offered for signing up for the Casavogue newsletter.

  • Reward Payments:

    The 150 $ rewards are payable in deductible purchase discounts within 90 days. As a subscriber, you are responsible for any tax liability resulting from referral rewards.

     

  • Eligibility:

    1. Reward is applicable on regular priced items and cannot be combined with other offers.
    2. Subscription must be completed 24 hours prior to purchase.
    3. Reward is only applicable on undelivered orders.
    4. Only one reward is possible per family and/or address.

    Casavogue reserves the right to prevent participation by any new subscriber to our newsletter and to require appropriate payment if the subscriber attempts to use the Casavogue Newsletter Subscription Reward Program in a manner that is questionable or violates its terms and conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or government regulation.
